The EMN team meets with participants of the Teach First programme
On November 22, the European Migration Network (EMN) team met with the members of the “Teach First” programme.
During the meeting, EMN team introduced an educational tool - the board game “Destination Europe”. Created by EMN experts, this game allows participants to explore migration and integration issues from different perspectives.
Participants actively engaged in the discussion, examining migration decision-making processes at the EU, national, and city levels. They also investigated the positions and interests of various stakeholders - EU and national policymakers, non-governmental organisations, employers, representatives of the public, and migrants.
Additionally, during the event, participants learned about the activities of the International Organization for Migration Vilnius office (IOM Lithuania), and EMN Lithuania, and discussed the challenges of migration in a global context.
“Teach First” programme brings together the educators, alumni, teachers, schools to bring positive change to Lithuanian education.
